Return policy
We take great pride in our ability to provide you with prompt & reliable service. To assure that all returns & exchanges are processed accurately and in a timely way, we ask that our customers follow the guidelines outlined below.
Requirements for returns & exchanges
All claims for shortages and/or defective customizing services must be made within 5 business days from receipt of your order.
Returns for defective products will be accepted within a 'reasonable' time frame. Because of the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine on a 'case by case' basis regarding whether or not a product is defective.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from us, a request for a return authorization must be made within 5 business days from receipt of your order.
Please note: We recommended that you request product samples prior to purchasing more than one piece per style.
